York Garden Studio - Minutes from the Minster

Enjoy a relaxing break in this central York garden studio, five minutes from the Minster, and with free parking available during your stay - a rarity in the heart of the city. This boutique apartment is beautifully furnished and a perfect base for striking out on foot. All of York's significant landmarks are within easy strolling distance (see below), as are a very wide selection of restaurants, bars and pubs. The studio has a private courtyard perfect for morning coffee and al fresco dining.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. This lovely modern apartment in The Walk provides the perfect base for your holiday in York. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with full en suite bathroom, the other has 2 single beds that can be made into a king if required. The lounge has a sofa bed (small double). Extra charge for 5th and 6th guests. It’s close to the train station and has York’s attractions within walking distance.

The Walk is in the heart of York and right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!

Central York Townhouse Parking Cinema Sleeps 6

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
