Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

The Crick House

Our Cabin has become know as "The Crick House". The Crick House is situated about 100 yards from the historic Mill Run Creek. Many people in this area use the slang word "Crick" in place of Creek. This explains why the name Crick House has come to be. The cabin sits at the end of a private driveway surrounded by woods. There is a short path allowing access to the creek or you can sit on the porch and listen to its tranquil sounds.
