Updated suite in safe and quiet neighborhood

Private suite with your own separate entrance! There is one bedroom, living room, bathroom, and eating/kitchen area. You have complete privacy, there is no shared area and your space is closed off with a door. There use to be an open set of steps connecting your space with the rest of the house but I have added a door and made it totally private. You will not see or hear from me unless you want to. The space is completely renovated and clean and modern throughout including wifi and basic TV
