This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. Bonito apartamento con vista panorámica y directa al mar. Totalmente equipado, tanto en la cocina como resto del apartamento. El apartamento dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con vistas al mar y con baño completo en suite, otra habitación con dos camas individuales. En ambas habitaciones dispone de armario con perchas, ventanas abatibles y cortinas. En el salón dispone de un cómodo sofá, smart-tv, libros, wifi, etc. y acceso al balcón privado en donde encontrará mesa de terraza y asientos suficientes para cuatro personas, las vistas son fantásticas. En la parte superior dispone de solarium privado con césped y tumbonas. En la cocina dispone de nevera con frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica con extractor, lavadora, lavavajillas, exprimidor, tostadora, etc..... My 2-bedroom apartment is located in La Tejita, one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. It is fully equipped for either a group of friends or families with children, and can host 6 people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms and a pretty comfortable sofa-bed. Note that one of the bedrooms does not have a window, but there is AC available. The complex has a beautiful pool and solarium to which you will have full access - don't forget to follow the rules when there -. Also, you will have access to a garage space within the complex and there will be a storage unit available for your surfing gear if you come to La Tejita to enjoy watersports! For arrivals after 10pm, there will be an extra cost of 20 EUR that you will pay directly to Lena for her commute outside working hours.

This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool.
