The patio also includes dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a new Weber grill and the large, clean garage is perfect for staging your adventures.

A-frame with A+ View

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Lakeside Pine Haven

Six years ago Megan and I spent our anniversary in Carnelian Bay. We came for a long weekend, sat out under the pines, and decided before we left that we wanted a place here. Pine Haven is that place, and we share it hoping it becomes part of someone else's story too. The lake is a two minute walk. There's a private hot tub in the fenced backyard, surrounded by pines, and paddleboards you're welcome to take down to the water. Central air for August, a fireplace for February.

Private entrance, full bath (bathtub/shower) and kitchenette. Perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Sunsets to die for. Cut through walk to Kings Beach/beaches, trailheads and Casinos. Long time local hosts love to show you around.

Renovated during covid, we redesigned this place to be cozy, cute, and yet also functional. We created a place where we could both relax and also work comfortably as needed.
