This place is pretty quiet for being off a main road (except for work traffic between 6:45-8:45am). Weekends, always more quiet. We're next to a very quiet firehouse, which are thoughtful of the residents, they're hardly ever noisy. *Pets/additional fee of $30 for one dog for the stay. Only up to 25lbs. Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus.
