Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore! This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
