Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La Tejita Beach Home

Apartamento a escasos metros de la playa con una maravillosa vista a la Montaña Roja de La Tejita. El apartamento cuenta con terraza, baño con bañera, cocina equipada (sin horno), y una habitación interior con cama de matrimonio. Además cuenta con piscina comunitaria y jardines muy bien cuidados. A unos metros se encuentra el centro comercial, tiene restauración, comercio y ocio. Y un extenso parque para pasear, jugar a fútbol o baloncesto. Lugar muy tranquilo para pasar unos días de descanso.

Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely for a few months. The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.
