You have a supermarket in 2 minutes, restaurants and bakeries 1 minute, car park (fee per hour or day and weekend and night free) at the street. Tram nº28 passes just at 50m and metro Baixa/Chiado 10 minutes walking. Castle, churches, Praça do Comércio.... and all the great sights You can reach walking.
