Please bare in mind you may hear us upstairs. The space includes a kitchenette; microwave, mini fridge & coffee. It is a sunny self contained modern unit with a private, fenced courtyard and garden. North facing, it captures warmth in winter and cool breezes in summer. The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.
