If you want to get away from it all this Single room cabin is located in a remote mid Wales. This working hill farm has Outstanding views all round with lots of footpaths or just sit back and enjoy the sound of nature. With the church of St Marys and the battle site of 1402 and a the remains of a Saxon castle all at the bottom of hill at Pilleth, where you turn in and follow right up hill to cabin. The towns of Presteigne and Knighton 5 miles for eating out and the Elan Valley 20 miles away.
The cabin is on the outskirts of Kington, a small market town in Herefordshire close to the Welsh border and the Offa's Dyke footpath. It has a comfy single bed with pull out bed under. All bedding is provided. It is on mains electricity and has a kettle and a heater. There a good phone signal for most networks and wifi is available. The shower and toilet are in a small portacabin a few metres away. There is also a microwave, fridge, toaster and single electric hob in the portacabin.
Treburvaugh Cottage is annexed to a Grade 2 listed period house, and has its own separate entrance. There is second large bedroom available at extra cost. From the cottage you can see the paddocks with our Angora goats, Ponies, pet pigs & chickens. You will be free to roam our 10 acres of gardens, ancient woodland, dingle with 2 large ponds. A “Peaceful Retreat” to read a book, play lawn games and take photos of of the “magical wonderland”, ending the day by the fire-pit under the stars.
