This small farm community is near The Arches in Moab, UT., Goblin Valley State Park, Dead Horse Point, and many more attractions. Green River offers activities to check out as well, Museum/Information Center, Crystal Geyser, Green River State Park and Golf Course, many ATV and hiking trails as well as River Rafting. Population: 900 No indoor pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Host lives in town.

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

This is an older 1970s modular home. It is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a family, group or couple exploring the area. The kitchen has updated appliances with a gas stove/oven, fridge w freezer and a table with seating for four (no dishwasher). As the description eludes to, this is a former grandmother residence.there is NO wifi. There is a baby pack-n-play in the back bedroom closet.

We are within an hour from Arches, Canyonlands, Moab, Goblin Valley, and San Rafeal Swell. Our home is newly updated with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home also has an amazing living space with central air, 55" smart TV, and fast wifi.
