The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to roam freely.
