The Water Mill Race in Burnham Overy Staithe

Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. The private south facing terrace has idyllic views of the mill pond and amazing wildlife

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Garden completely secure for small children (cot, high chair and stairgate available). Full central heating makes it ideal for winter breaks. A perfect cottage for year round family holidays. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.

Just 5 minutes walk from the Hoste. The cottage has 2 parking spaces . It sleeps 6, 1 double with en-suite, 1 double with cot & 1 twin bedded room, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor. CHECK in is generally on a Friday for weekend bookings due to cleaning. I do take 2 night bookings but during Bank Holidays & Summer holidays often it’s a minimum of 3 nights.
