This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays.
