La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
