My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! Then we stop to have the best coffee in Rome in a very popular bar, we drink a glass of wine from the bottle that waits for us in a picnic basket behind the car and then the famous Italian ice cream. We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.

Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Long, comfortable trousers are required (ankles must be covered). I also suggest wearing a pair of boots. If you don't have them, sneakers are fine too.

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

We pick you up in Positano Pier. This experience combines relax on the enchanting places of the coast, pic-nic on board, swimming, snorkeling and quality time. I want to let you live a special day like the time l spent when l was a child with my family on boat on Sunday. In my experience I put all my passion for the sea to let you enjoy an unforgettable day on the coast. I show you the all hidden germs. We start the enchanting cruise from Positano, following the coast admiring the beauties of the coast like "Pirate grotto", Praiano, Furore lover's bridge, Conca Dei Marini, Elephant kissing rock. When we arrive in Conca Dei Marini, we put the ancor down to start our pic-nic in one of most beautiful area. Here you can jump in some cristalline water. We take our pic-nic basket with local products, prosecco, classic panino, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and our particular bread with fennel. After lunch, you will continue to enjoy the sea arond the coast and then we will go back to Positano. It s a memorable experience. Other things to note This is a shared tour.
