Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Walking distance to Patti’s, Badgett Playhouse, Iron Bell Coffee, Between the Lakes Taphouse! Firepit & seating area out back for relaxing!

It is the perfect place to enjoy time away with your family read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the outdoor spaces with a beautiful lake view or enjoy soaking in the hot tub. The home is 1/2 mile from cedar hill market and 3 miles from Moors! Dock is accessible by boat during summer pool (Memorial-Labor Day). Water levels vary, it is controlled by TVA.

There is a small kitchen with coffee pot ,microwave, and sink, and a fridge for your beverages and food . There is plenty of free parking for your truck and boat .
