Overflow full bathroom available in basement if needed. Private parking in rear for up to two cars if willing to park one behind the other. Room has direct tv, desk, refrigerator, with access to living room, kitchen and deck. I prefer long term and will discount accordingly. Keurig coffee available in kitchen.
