E'una casa molto luminosa e soleggiata, ed è corredata da una bella Veranda dove si puo mangiare . Cè inoltre un ampio giardino dove si può fare barbecue e rilassarsi su comode sdraie. La casina blu è dotata di posto auto interno, si trova a 600 mt dal mare e dal Pontile di Tonfano dove si puo ammirare il tramonto.
