Located a 400m walk from beautiful Austinmer beach on the south coast of NSW, this newly renovated studio apartment is a completely private, self-contained offering with a separate entrance. Apartment has a queen bed, kitchenette (no stove but a microwave), ensuite bathroom and lounge area, with delightful outdoor garden setting to enjoy your afternoon aperitif or morning cuppa. Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. Please come and enjoy our studio apartment and all this locality has to offer. Restaurant recommendations and things to do will be provided.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

Homely unit - Close to beaches, cafes & transport.

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
