Cozy Lake Street Retreat

Kick back and enjoy this updated, wooded retreat. It is just up the hill from Crystal Lake, and the Betsie Valley Trail, and is close to beaches, rivers, Crystal Mt., shopping, dining, breweries, hospitals, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.

Our two bedroom lakeside cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, just on the edge of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. It is a special place for us, having been in our family since 1989. Explore one of the nearby Lake Michigan beaches or trails, or enjoy our lakeside cabin in the evenings. Feeling social? Beulah and Empire are 15 minutes from the cottage, while Frankfort and Glen Arbor are about 20 minutes away. There are several great restaurants, and breweries nearby.
