This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

We've remodeled our tiny home on wheels and created a unique escape Nestled on a 5 acre Christmas Tree Farm. Amongst a small orchard of apple and pear trees, it's all the fun of camping, with a farmhouse style and without the setup! Glamping at its finest. It's ideal for a getaway for two, or a very cozy fit for four! Ask about pitching a tent next to the trailer to accommodate more guests. This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the trailer or out on the acreage.

Escape to "The McKenzie Zen Den", a luxury waterfront river cabin. One of the few rare properties built on the banks of the McKenzie River, so close you can fish from the deck! River access is just steps away at the end of the drive with a spectacular fishing hole and swim spot. 15 minutes to Springfield, 20 to Autzen, and 45 minutes to the Willamette National Forest and the Eugene airport.
