Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

Situated at the end of a no through road, Shiloh farm is the perfect location to get away from the hustle of the city whilst being only a 30 minute drive from the center of Manchester.

Delph Shire is located within the picturesque village of Delph, set within in the rolling hills of Saddleworth. It provides a very private and exclusive space for up to six guests. With spectacular views over the countryside, but within easy reach of a fabulous selection of restaurants, pubs and local walks. There is 6 seater hot tub with its own space. Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Pots & Pans Cottage is a charming dog-friendly​ 18th-century weavers cottage located in a small hamlet 10 minutes walk from the centre of Uppermill village in Saddleworth, and 35 minutes away from Manchester. The location of the cottage is quiet and peaceful, so it is not a suitable place to hold a party. It is, however, a fabulous spot for a relaxing retreat into the countryside, with the open Peak District right on the doorstep.
