To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. Ridgecrest Cottage is located on a hillside with a ocean view in the beautiful small coastal town of Port Orford Oregon. Ridgecrest Cottage is a 2 story 1,600 sq ft house connected by and exterior staircase. It is a 2 bath 2 bedroom and has a sleeping loft with two additional beds. The yard is fenced in and has an additional outdoor dog kennel if needed. There is a Hot Tub, fire pit, gas grill, herb garden, & plenty of outdoor seating.

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
