Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. It's a 25-minute walk downhill to Dunedin CBD and a bus ride back on any of the four bus routes that travel through Roslyn. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Basic breakfast supplies Parking for 2 cars under the house. Must walk up 22 steps from your car to the front door. No infants, babies, toddlers or children and only TWO guests to stay please.

There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up with a queen and a single bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.

Our lovely guesthouse is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre, cafe, gas station etc. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk which can take you right to Mornington shopping centre or City centres. Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . It’s perfect for a single or a couple for short term stay.
