In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Gezellig huisje met zwembad en sauna

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van mei/juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Nichée en pleine nature en bordure d'un grand étang, notre cabane de charme sur pilotis vous offre un havre de paix loin de l'agitation . Profitez de la nature qui règne autour de notre petit coin de paradis, situé à quelques pas du village d' Horrues... Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Petite Maison privée sur 2 étages, le Rez de chaussée est composé d’ une grande pièce ouverte avec coin cuisine (entièrement équipée) coin salle à manger et coin salon. L’étage est également une grande pièce avec coin salle de bains, dressing et lit de 2 personnes (180 x 200) et une toilette avec porte battante. La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Leuze-en-Hainaut. Il propose une vue magnifique sur la ville. Vous avez un parking privé pour 2 voitures. Il se situe à 1,2 km de la gare et l'accès à l'autoroute est proche. Des grandes surfaces se trouvent dans un rayon d'un kilomètre. Vous avez tout le confort d'une habitation récente (chaleur, wifi ....). Leuze se trouve entre Mons et Tournai et le parc "Pari Daiza" est à 15 km. Bruxelles et Lille sont à un heure de route via l'autoroute.

Wonderful walking and cycling through the Flemish Ardennes.

Le cottage est éloigné à l'arrière de notre propriété sans aucun vis-à-vis, parfait pour profiter de sa grande terrasse et de son jardin.
