Moderne lichtdurchflutete gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Venn. Seperater Eingang Hausnummer 13b. Auf der 1. Etage befindet sich der Wohn- und Essraum, das Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen und auf Nachfrage mit Babybett. Auf der Empore befindet sich unser Schlafsofa für weitere zwei Personen. Wanderer und Radfahrer sind nur 300m vom Venn, Ravel- und Velo- Radweg entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich der Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt und Burg Vogelsang.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Das Chalet mit einzigartigem Panorama Blick von jeder Etage befindet sich direkt am Wald- und Feldrand in der wunderschönen Vulkaneifel, nahe des Kronenburger Sees. Es liegt am Rande einer kleinen idyllischen Ferienhaussiedlung. Mit viel Liebe wurde das Haus komplett saniert und neu gestaltet. Umgeben von vielen Wanderwegen und wunderschöner Natur, bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage um die Schönheit der Eifel mit ihren zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps. It has a walk-in-shower.
