Open concept with windows to enjoy the view. Restaurants to boat to. Pontoon rated for 13, tube, flotation pad, 4 kayaks. Boater safety license needed. Close to the St. Clair flats, largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's marsh, great place to view waterfowl No pets, events, porta johns. 10 person max.

Close to Lake St Clair and Muskamoot Bay for fishing, hunting, boating and swimming. 2 Kayaks with life vests available. Also, new propane fire pit and patio. Please note, ferry is $15.00 round trip. Bring food and drink with you as the only store on the island has very limited supplies. House has a limit of 2 cars, no trailers.
