Any of the many large windows affords a view of the farm's pastures, pond, apple trees, and hills. Prince Gallitzin State Park is less than five minutes down the road. The wrap-around porch offers a shady place to relax or even enjoy a meal outside. And, though the space is all your own, we live right across the yard should you need anything.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful wooded retreat! This spacious 2-story 3-bedroom house is on a quiet lane with plenty of space from our neighbors. If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

Shady Pines features a fully equipped kitchen, a large leather sectional in the living room, laundry facilities, and electric fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom. The king and queen beds are Sealy Posturepedic, the daybed is Nectar, and the trundle is BeautyRest, for your sleeping comfort. Our decor is minimalist-inspired and has the essentials for your home-away-from-home stay.

If you're looking for a unique escape from the daily grind, check out our historic cabin in a picturesque setting! Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.
