This property is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. When you arrive, the massive rimrock wall will greet you; it is home to abundant wildlife (owls, deer, coyotes oh my). Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

Our cabin/guest house is located on 32 acre forested property next to the main house and is a perfect base camp for hikers, bikers, hunters, dark sky and winter sport enthusiasts. It overlooks Upper McKay Valley, is one mile from the north entrance of Ochoco National Forest and 10 minutes north of downtown Prineville. Ideal for 2 but can accommodate 4 people to share the amenities of a small scale fully equipped home. Amazing views with farm animals to round out the country living experience.

Coyote Camp is a one room cabin located off Highway 26, on " Lost Coyote Lane" in Mitchell, Oregon.. Located 10 minutes from the Painted Hills... The cabin offers a quiet place, to relax, and enjoy all the trees and surrounding nature.There are lots of places to go for walks, or just enjoy a quiet breakfast, on the deck. We offer a Queen size bed, small kitchen with a refrigerator microwave toaster Keurig coffee pot, pods are provided . Please follow directions sent with check in info.

You'll enjoy the main house with the best views of Smith Rock and the Cascade mountains. Smith Rock State Park is literally across the street. A great location for outdoor activities at the park or in the region. Hike, climb, bike, walk or jog around the park. Sip tea inside and watch the animals. Perfect for artist and photographers. Twickinghams' Tim-Buck II

We are located directly off the path of the scenic John Day By-Way gate way to the John Day Fossil Beds. 6 minutes away from the fully stocked fishing hole "Rowe creek Reservoir." 12 minutes away from Twickenham boat launch. 47 minutes from The Painted Hills & 23 away from our local Tiger Town Brewery. Tim-Buck II cabin is a new addition to us. It has been newly remodeled and is part of our family heritage. I do offer prepared meals & shopping with advance notice. Store hours are limited.

Enjoy a fully private space, featuring a cozy bedroom with a queen bed. A spacious living room with a queen sofa bed and extra seating for more guests. The green room provides a separate work space and dressing room. Farra's kitchen has all your cooking essentials including coffee, spices and more. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

The Little Pine Lodge is a Pet-Friendly hidden treasure nestled in a breezy canyon on Bridge Creek. It offers 1650 square feet of absolute charm with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath right on Main Street in downtown Mitchell. The Lodge is within walking distance to the Wheeler County Trading Company, Tiger Town Brewery, Bridge Creek Cafe, and Judy's Place. It is only 9 miles from the Painted Hills Unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument!

Joe and Cris's lodge pole pine home is the perfect getaway without being away from town, nestled at the south city limits of Condon they designed and built this amazing home with trees carefully selected from the prineville area. This location offers fantastic views from the two covered decks. Within walking distance to downtown, the city park and local shopping, this home offers quiet relaxation and natural charm.
