Der er altid morgensol på altanen, så her kan morgenkaffen drikkes. 100 meter fra lejligheden ligger fitnessworld, hvor man kan træne. Derudover er hyggelige blågårdsgade få hundrede meter væk. Søerne er i gåafstand fra lejligheden og ellers ligger metroen 5 minutters gang fra lejligheden og herfra er der ét stop til centrum.
