Wake up to birds singing in the Hibiscus tree outside this peaceful, two-story coastal apartment. Lounge on the terrace with views of landscaped gardens, the ocean, and surrounding mountains. Be sure to enjoy the refreshing pool after a long day. We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.
