You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Townend Holiday Cottage is a beautifully renovated former hay barn, situated within the peaceful village of Sheldon, near Bakewell. Located in the heart of the White Peak, this dog friendly rural retreat provides a comfortable base, whether you’re looking to enjoy some fresh air and long country walks, conquer the highest peaks or simply to relax and unwind in a friendly village pub. The cottage is ideally positioned for exploring the unrivalled scenery of the Peak District National Park.

Leaside Cottage, Great Longstone, Bakewell.

Our lovely 18th century cottage was completely renovated to the highest standard in 2016 with solid oak fittings throughout offering guests luxury and homely accommodation. The cottage easily accommodates 3 people with one double bedroom with king size bed and one spacious single bedroom. The cottage has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, and under floor heating in the kitchen. For extra cosy nights there is also a log burning stove in a Derbyshire gritstone fireplace.

Jack's Cottage, Curbar

Enjoy a soak in the hydrotherapy hot tub or cosy up in front of the log burner. Located next to the historic well in the centre of the village with a fully fenced private garden, bring your dog along to explore amazing walking and cycling from the doorstep. Secure alarmed bike store with wall anchor & charge for ebikes.

Riverview Cottage

Nestled on the river wye in what is widely known as the prettiest village in the Peak district River cottage has it all. One king size bedroom with en suite a double both with amazing views of the river and a single, it’s large family bathroom with jacuzzi style bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the peaks. Down stairs is a large dining room, lounge with gas fire and fully fitted kitchen but with the Tea room and Bulls head within 1mins walk you may not need it.

Applehoe Cottage is a beautifully refurbished country cottage nestled in the heart of the village of Great Longstone nr Bakewell. This 2 bedroomed holiday cottage is perfect for a romantic hideaway or cosy family retreat. Dog Friendly, we can accept 1 dog, and an additional fee of £30.00 is payable. Idyllic village location with a shop & two great pubs within walking distance. A short walk to the Monsal Trail & the perfect base to visit Derbyshires fine country estates.

Heidi Cottage a semi-detached stylish cottage in the heart of Bakewell town. This cosy cottage has views over Bakewell and is a very short walk into the town centre with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. A charming garden and wood burning stove for chillier nights. It’s a great base for walkers with plenty of walks from your doorstep. The cottage is in a town location - If you are looking to be in the countryside - this is not for you. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

Nestled in a conservation area, with Chatsworth a short drive away, we offer a warm welcome to guests from all backgrounds.

Black Swan Cottage

This lovely cottage dates back to 1570 and is thought to be the oldest in the village. It is Grade 2 listed and has a wealth of beams and character. There is a great log fire in the cosy sitting room for those long winter nights. You can begin many walks into Derbyshire countryside from the door and plenty of pubs are within walking distance. The River Wye runs through the village - perfect for cooling that bottle of wine.
