Dales Way access path across the road.

Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. Flexible check in and out times if needed.
