Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but has enough room to sleep up to 6 guests. There is also a living room, stocked kitchen and a room with a sleep sofa. Relax with family or friends at this sweet cottage on Center Lake in the Berkshires. This lakeside cottage is charming and rustic. Enjoy a beautiful day on the lake swimming, fishing off the dock and kayaking. Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

Welcome to The Elm Street Inn, an 18th century house with modern amenities. The house is across from Smith College and a short walk to Downtown Northampton. LGBTQ friendly. Everyone is welcome. The Maple Room is a 1st floor apartment. King bed, twin bed, private entrance. Private kitchen and living room. Central AC, access to private garden. This is our quietest room, set back from Elm Street. The house was built in 1785, so some ants sometimes would join the party.

This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.
