With its own kitchenette, small sofa, private annex shower room and own parking space. This tiny home also has its own garden with views over the countryside and of the snowdonia mountains. A lovely log burner for those cosy winter nights and underfloor heating, free WIFI and a smart TV for the best of both worlds.

We’re also a mere 10 minute drive from glorious Harlech beach and that’s before we mention zipworld, the steam railways etc! The area really does have something for everyone

Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

This is a perfect, secluded, romantic retreat for two situated along a quiet lane with stunning panoramic westerly views over Cardigan Bay and the Llyn peninsula. The cottage is well-placed to explore Snowdon (30 minutes away), the Llyn peninsula (right in front of you) and the quiet coves and beaches of Anglesey (30 minutes away).

This quaint newly refurb luxurious Cottage sleeps 4 with a large garden and patio area. The master bedroom offers sea views, and beach access is half a mile away. Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque small town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales where all amenities can be found and our beautiful Castle. Breath taking walks can be accessed from the doorstep which can take you along the beautiful coastal path and/or venture through farmland and take in the fresh air.

Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Shepherd’s Hut “Bluebell”

Bluebell is nestled in its own private garden overlooking the sea and stunning Rhinog Mountains. Picturesque hiking trails are on your doorstep with Harlech beach, town and castle a short walk away. The area has plenty on offer; scenic steam railways, the unique village of Portmeirion, sandy beaches, the excitement of Zipworld, numerous castles and Mount Snowdon (to name a few!) are just a car ride away. If you prefer not to venture out, you could always enjoy a game on our pétanque pitch!

Cosy Cottage in Dolgellau Snowdonia Nant Y Glyn

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
