WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

PRIVATE room with PRIVATE entrance and PRIVATE bathroom. Deck Looks out on the national seashore forest. Right around the corner from 4/4 access to the beach, ramp 49. Share the house with Red Drum Pottery and Community Yoga. But once you check in we might not see you again. Your room is VERY PRIVATE. You have the whole place to yourself self from 5pm to 10am. We open for business at 10. Lots of times we never even see you because you are up and out before we get there and back after we leave.

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. An open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Master bedroom has a king bed & an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed & bunk beds. Down the hall is the second full bathroom. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
