This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. Den kleinen Einkauf für Lebensmittel, Blumen, Bücher, Apotheke, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants und Pizzaservice, kann man im Umkreis von 200 m zur Unterkunft erledigen. Neu ab 09/ 2022: Optional kann 1 PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück für 5,00 €/Nacht gebucht werden.

Die gemütliche Innenstadt mit den idyllischen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Meine Gästewohnung bietet auf 45 m2 Platz für 2-4 Personen. Sie ist gemütlich-modern eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein - so sagen es meine Gäste :-). Nach einem langen Ausflugstag ermöglicht einem das separate Schlafzimmer etwas Rückzug. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine eigene Küchenzeile und ein Duschbad. Bei mehr als zwei Gästen kann das Schlafsofa zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden.

Klein aber fein, ist dieses gepflegte Appartement mit ca. 40 qm nahe Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die moderne Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Ein Sprung in den Schlachtensee ist fußläufig möglich.
