This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.
