The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

It features an oversized bedroom, a jack and Jill bathroom with laundry, oversized great-room, and open kitchen & living room floor-plan. For dining there is room for two at the kitchen bar, a formal dining table. Enjoy fantastic views of the river from every window and choose between two private fire pits. Twin added great-room for private sleeping option. Park down to the left of the duplex in front of the single garage door.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.
