Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.

The Old Post Office in Bolster Moor is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment. Furnished and equipped for stays of a weekend, a week or a month. There is private off road parking and a shared garden. We have a unique barn attached to our farmhouse in an area called Sowood between Halifax and Huddersfield with panoramic far reaching views. We are situated up a bridlepath with plenty of privacy and tranquility but still within easy reach of motorway networks with the M62 being a 5 minute drive away. With a huge amount of local attractions close by, our barn is perfectly placed for long country walks, bike rides, day trips out and is equipped with all you need for a great getaway.

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
