Located on the harbor street five min walk with 33 steps to climb as it is on the first elevated floor ( ! The studios are each one room open plan studios. Please book for the exact number of guests coming. Guest must book under their own name , No bookings for third party. You may also rent SUP board (additional charge)

Ioannis Kapodistrias was a Greek statesman, who served as the foreigh Minister of the Russian empire and was one of the most distinguished politicians and diplomats of Europe. He was the first head of state of independed Greece and is consider the architect of Greek independence.

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
