The lake of Uri is only a few minutes away and it provides refreshing dips during hot summer days and beautiful walks at any point. Uri is the perfect spot to do any kind of outdoor activity. From windsurfing, swimming, biking to hiking, skiing and ski touring, the region has a lot to offer and you will for sure never get tired of it.

The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Ein perfekter Ausflugsort für jede Jahreszeit: zum Wandern, Biken, Skifahren, Arbeiten oder Ferien in der Bergkulisse.

Die familienfreundliche 75qm (3,5 Zimmer) Erdgeschosswohnung liegt am Dorfrand von Churwalden. Dem schmucken Bündnerdorf, das Einstiegsportal zum Skigebiet Arosa-Lenzerheide. Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia o gli amici in questo alloggio tranquillo. La casa si trova in una posizione privilegiata, fuori dalle rotte più turistiche ma a pochi minuti e ben collegata con le attrazioni della zona. Flims-Laax-Falera, Obersaxen, Disentis-Muster, Brigels, Valendas, e tutta l'area circostante offrono attrazioni eccezionali sia in estate che in inverno!
