Our flat situated in Christianshavn which is one of the most central and famous neighbourhoods of Copenhagen and only 20 metres from the metro station. It is 100 m2 in total and has a sitting room, a bedroom, a big bathroom (17 m2), a big kitchen ( 20 m2) and an antre.It has very high ceilings which we love. We really like minimalist design and love to mix&match the new and the old stuff in our decoration. Christianshavn is located in city centre, around 7-10 minutes by walking to shopping street. There are lots of popular cafe and restaurants in the area. It is a also very close a popular turist attraction Christiania (3-5 minutes by walking). We hope you will enjoy living in our flat because we love living here :-)

Skansehage

Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment bright and sunny. New furniture and appliances, spacious rooms, friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Metro 30 meters. 10 min drive to the airport and city center. Large shopping center Fields 5 minutes. The best location for guests with children. There is a gazebo and a grill area on the roof.

Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
