Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

During your stay you’ll have a dedicated parking space in easy view from your window. Guests are welcome to do laundry and and may use the kitchen to store food and prepare light meals.
