Nera Etwa House is a charming 100-year-old stone 3 bedroom house, a HEATED infinity saltwater swimming pool+ jacuzzi on the southern Croatian coast. An 8 min drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it's a perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.

Is an enchanting modern villa with amazing sea views. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Bonaca

Komarna is a small beautiful area. It is very quiet and not too crowded. So you can really enjoy your privacy. Komarna is about 70km from Dubrovnik, 180km to Split and 95km to Korcula. It is no problem for me to pick you up at the airport, for extra charge. There is one beach which is 200m away from my apartment and another one who is 50m away . At both public beaches you can find a bar and small restaurant. It would be a honor to host you in my apartment.

Our house is situated just outside the village.walking distance is 3 minutes to all places you need,grocery post office,restorant,pizzeria,beach,ice cream place. Swimming area is just in the front of the house. Come and see,you are very welcome.
