This Mediterranean-style custom-built villa is located right on the beach and offers spectacular sun dances year-round. The shaded pool features a built-in bench overseeing beach and ocean. This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off from Antigua is provided (weekdays, up to 6 pm.-restrictions apply) Nature-, book-friendly.
