This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. Fast and sit down restaurants, movies, and our town's prettiest park (1 block) are close by. Laramie is proud of its western roots and the art, music and cultural events it hosts. Our little town makes the perfect home base for exploring the Rocky Mountain Region's rich recreational activities.

Open bar-top from kitchen to living room with plenty of seating. Centrally-located about a 10 minute walk to downtown or campus. Quiet neighborhood and a huge backyard to enjoy the sun in the summer. Has its own entrance through the garage and a full laundry room. Plenty of parking. It is a basement garden level w/ apt. above.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Victorian Blue was built in 1910 and was our family home for 34 years. We are located in the tree area within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown, the Civic Center, and acouple of parks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny back deck, in the beautiful fenced backyard with lots of flowers, a deck and flagstone patio. In the evening enjoy sitting on the large front porch as the sun sets.
