This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. One pet is allowed

Relax in our cozy cabin overlooking the neighborhood peninsula surrounded by Lake Wheeler! Walking access to the water for bank fishing and kayaking on a community trail. 1.5 miles from Lucy's Branch Marina, minutes from the Elk River boat ramps and Wheeler State Park. Plenty of parking in the driveway on the 1/2 acre lot for tournament fishermen. Plenty of grass for the pets and kids to play. Enjoy the views from the upper and lower decks .
